IELTS Webinars7 offers IELTS preparation courses on writing, reading, listening and speaking that teach you the strategies you need to succeed in IELTS. Each course lasts for seven days. You attend a 60-minute online class that teaches you the steps to follow to complete different IELTS writing, reading, listening, and speaking questions. You complete homework, practice exercises, and mock tests and our instructors provide you with detailed feedback on what you should to do improve your writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills. All courses are delivered online and you can prepare for IELTS in the comfort of your own home.
You attend the first day of each course for free, and only register for the course if you like our strategy-based teaching approach.

The verbs “increase” and “decrease” are usually followed by the preposition “to”. You should use the proposition “at” for stability. An example:
“The figures remained stable at 40 percent”.
